Compression Springs
Compression springs are the most common type of spring used today. They can be made from any size or type of material capable of being coiled. As this picture shows, compression springs come in many different sizes and types. Spring ends may be closed & squared, closed & ground, open, multiple coils closed on each end or in the middle. Also different shapes of the body can be accommodated for different effects such as cone, barrel, or hourglass.

Extension Springs
Extension springs are another popular spring type. They are used in a pulling fashion as opposed to compression springs that are compressed to activate. Extension springs may also be made from many different material sizes and types. They can also have many different hook or loop configurations.

Torsion/Wire forms
Torsion springs can also be made from many different material sizes and types. They have straight legs or many configuration of bends to fit into a mating part. Body coils may be closed or open to suit customers needs depending on torque and space requirements or limitations.

Four Slide and Stamping
Four-slide and stamping products come in many different sizes and shapes as shown in the picture. This picture shows just a small sampling of the products we've produced. Customers determine the shape and material required for their particular application.

Bar Coding and Labeling is available upon request.

Light Assembly
We also produce small assemblies that require one piece to be produced at a time. These assemblies may consist of two or more parts. They may just be assembled or they may need another operation such as swaging or one of many others.

Specialty Applications
Specialty products can be produced in many departments including our Secondary Department where small quantity runs are accommodated. These may include many bends, cuts, winds, loops, or something as simple as special packaging such as sticky paper or tubes.
